trou|sers «TROW zuhrz», noun (plural).
1. a two-legged, outer garment reaching from the waist to the ankles or to the knees, worn especially by men and boys. SYNONYM(S): breeches, pants, knickerbockers, slacks.
2. the loose, baglike drawers or pantaloons that are a part of the native dress of both men and women in certain Muslim countries.
3. the lower part of any one of certain two-piece garments, especially pajamas.
